The shooter is dead. Apparently, the school employee killed him.
Still no name or photo of the shooter. Or any description of the attack itself. Or the gun he used.

So…. this again.
No one dead though so it doesn’t much matter.
At least three people were injured Tuesday morning in a shooting at Great Mills High School in Maryland, police told Fox News.
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office said the three victims were taken to the hospital but it was not clear how they were injured or the extent of the injuries. There were no fatalities immediately reported.
There has been a Shooting at Great Mills High School. The school is on lock down the event is contained, the Sheriff's office is on the scene additional information to follow.

The Associated Press reported one of the three people injured is the shooter. The shooter’s identity was not immediately available. ABC 7 reported a school resource officer jumped into action to bring the situation to an end.
The school was placed on lockdown and students were being evacuated to Leonardtown High School to be reunified with their parents.
The incident was contained and police were on the scene, the school said on its website. Maryland State Police also told Fox News they were responding to the incident. The FBI and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are on the scene assisting with the investigation.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan tweeted Tuesday his office was “closely monitoring the situation at Great Mills High School.”
“Maryland State Police is in touch with local law enforcement and ready to provide support. Our prayers are with students, school personnel, and first responders,” Hogan wrote.
Are. “Police” is plural, so they are in touch with local law enforcement.
It looks like this was stopped by a school employee before it got started. Which is really what should be happening in all of these events.
This school was probably all black, so this probably was not what we normally think of as “school shooting” event. I assume the perp was black, or they would have already released his identity. Blacks obviously commit a lot more violence than any other race, but the idea of randomly murdering people because of a social problem is not really something that happens very often with them.
Presumably, their brains are too simple to develop that particular type of mental illness.
When I see these headlines, I’m always worried about a wave of them. With Florida, and the publicity it got, there’s the possibility of more disaffected kids on Prozac wanting to get that media attention.
But it doesn’t appear to be happening.
