Well.
It is hatespeech.
By the definition of this Orwellian term, talking about “merciless Indian savages” is absolutely hatespeech.
So by reinstating this post, they are violating their own ToS.
Facebook’s algorithms removed parts of the US Declaration of Independence from the social media site after determining they represented hate speech.
The issue came to light when a local paper in Texas began posting excerpts of the historic text on its Facebook page each day in the run up to the country’s Independence Day celebrations on July 4.
However when The Liberty County Vindicator attempted to post its tenth extract, which refers to “merciless Indian savages”, on its Facebook page the paper received a notice saying the post went against its standards on hate speech.
Facebook later apologised and allowed the posting.

It is a blatant violation of your terms of service.
Casey Stinnett, the paper’s editor, described the incident on the Vindicator’s website: “Somewhere in paragraphs 27-31 of the Declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson wrote something that Facebook finds offensive.
“Leading up to Independence Day, The Vindicator challenged its Facebook followers to read the Declaration of Independence. To make it a little easier to digest that short but formidable historic document, the newspaper broke the Declaration down into 12 small bites and one to post each morning from June 24 to July 4.
“The first nine parts posted as scheduled, but part 10, consisting of paragraphs 27-31 of the Declaration, did not appear. Instead, The Vindicator received a notice from Facebook saying that the post ‘goes against our standards on hate speech’.”
Mr Stinnett said Facebook had not identified the passage that had triggered its hate speech warning, but he said he suspected it was the passage that referred to Native Americans as “Indian savages”.
Here’s the passage, in reference to the bad behavior of the Cromwellite King George III:
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
The fact of reality is that America is a white supremacist nation.
It was indeed founded on the concept of white supremacy.
We fought and defeated merciless Indian savages to use the land that they were wasting with their stupid womp womp fests and dumb wars with each other.
It was only white men who signed the Declaration of Independence.
It was taken for granted that this was a white country. No one had ever even thought that “non-white American” would be a thing.
But when people started suggesting it, it was quickly updated.
Twenty years after independence, the Naturalization Act of 1790 made it very clear that this was a country only for white Europeans.

This is the nature of this country.
It is not a “nation of immigrants.”
It is a nation of conquerors.
We conquered a land and built a nation on it.
Our ancestors did this for us. They didn’t do it for random people from anywhere to come take our wealth and drink our blood.
Everything that the Jews say about “American values” can be assumed to be the diametric opposite of the truth.
America is a white supremacist nation whose founding document is hatespeech.
