A Brooklyn judge delayed the sentencing of the female correction officer impregnated by convicted cop killer Ronell Wilson until he can determine whether she must register as a sex offender.

Federal Judge Brian Cogan ordered the government and lawyers for Nancy Gonzalez to weigh in on the issue and rescheduled the sentencing until Feb. 19.

“I took a look at the statute dealing with having sex with a prisoner and there appears to be a strong argument for federal registration,” Cogan said, adding that Gonzalez apparently was not informed of the issue when she pleaded guilty last year. She faces 10 to 16 months in prison.

Gonzalez, 30 admitted sex on numerous occasions with Wilson while he was a prisoner at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
She hoped Wilson’s fatherhood would convince a jury to spare his life for murdering undercover NYPD detectives Rodney Andrews and James Nemorin, according to court papers.
