As the world continues to swing shitlord, we are actually forcing government officials to accept our agenda.

The Mississippi state Superintendent just backed down after having sided with Obama’s DoJ on tranny bathroom rights.

She was forced to side with the people, against the tyrannical Black Occupation regime.

Clarion-Ledger:

After catching flak from Gov. Phil Bryant and Republican lawmakers — who called for her resignation if she didn’t change her stance — state School Superintendent Carey Wright said she’ll follow state, not federal, directives on transgender bathroom policy for public schools.

In a written statement on Wednesday Wright said: “Pending a discussion with the Mississippi State Board of Education, I am instructing the Mississippi Department of Education to follow the lead of state leadership and take no action at this time regarding the non-regulatory guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Education.

A spokeswoman for MDE last week had said: “The Mississippi Department of Education will adhere to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as well as the joint guidance issued today by the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Justice.”

As the state of North Carolina and the Department of Justice square off in lawsuits over the state’s “bathroom bill,” DOJ and the U.S. Department of Education have directed state education officials to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms and locker rooms for the gender with which they identify. DOJ has threatened to withhold billions of dollars in federal education money from states that don’t comply. The move has brought fierce debate over whether the federal government has such authority.

They obviously don’t have that authority, but they don’t technically even have the authority to tell states they can’t racially segregate drinking fountains.

So it doesn’t really matter what authorities they do or don’t actually have, it just matters what authorities they can get away with claiming to have.

Mississippi’s K-12 public education for the current year is receiving $783 million in federal funds and about $2.5 billion in state funds.

Bryant last week had called the federal directive on transgender students “outrageous” and had called on MDE to ignore it, saying it does not carry the weight of law. On Tuesday, 11 Republican House lawmakers joined Bryant’s stand and in a letter to Wright called for her to withdraw the previous policy statement or resign as superintendent.

“The people of this State demand a leader who shares our goals and values and who is willing to protect our children even under pressure from federal agencies to do otherwise,” the lawmakers’ letter to Wright said.

This tranny issue is going to keep going until the election.

If Trump wins, he’s said he’ll leave it up to the states how they choose to deal with it.

If Hillary wins, this will all get more and more radical, to the point where heterosexual men will be forced by law to date trannies.

Under Hillary, all of this madness will escalate to the point where you’ll be begging for the Islamic Caliphate to hurry-up and take over.
