Mixed-Race Couple Wanted for Murder and Carjacking of 81-Year-Old White Man

Lee Kendrick was shot dead by the diverse couple in an abandoned apartment.

Jackson police say 24-year-old Loren Danielle Shell turned herself in Saturday for questioning in the shooting death of 81-year-old Lee Kendrick.

According to police, Shell was arrested and charged with capital murder and auto theft.

Detectives have also identified a second suspect as Walter Lee Young.

The woman has handed herself in, but the Black male is still on the loose.
