A Syracuse man accused of stabbing a woman to death in front of a DeWitt motel in November was deemed mentally competent.
Keith J. Lobdell, 58, is charged with second-degree murder, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree aggravated criminal contempt and first-degree burglary, according to Onondaga County sheriff’s deputies.
Lobdell is accused of stabbing 61-year-old Rena Tindell to death on Nov. 28, deputies said.
