Moslem Female Poops on Hospital Floor

Part of Moslem culture is pooping on the floor of public buildings, such as hospitals. It is our duty to educate these people – who are exactly the same as us in every way except for culture – that our culture does not include pooping on the floor of hospitals.

There is no way a person can know they aren’t supposed to poop on a hospital floor if no one tells them.
