Police charged a man with aggravated sexual battery of an 11-year-old girl.
60-year-old Albert Jones man was watching the girl and her three siblings while their mother was at work on Saturday, police said.
According to police, the mother arrived at the apartment to see him in the act and he left. She called police, who say they located Jones nearby.
