Once again the racist America legal system demonstrates its complete lack of regard for the unique cultural heritage of the African American people.
A “narcissistic” Massachusetts teen who raped and killed his math teacher was sentenced to at least 40 years in prison on Friday.
Philip Chism murdered Danvers High School teacher Colleen Ritzer in 2013 when he was just 14.
Chism was given a 25-year sentence for first-degree murder, 40 years for aggravated rape 40 years for robbery — all to be served concurrently. He will be eligible for parole after serving 40 years.
“Colleen Ritzer lived a life of quiet heroism,” Judge David Lowy said. “The crashing waves of this tragedy will never wane.”
Chism followed Ritzer into a school bathroom, strangled her, stabbed her at least 16 times and raped her. He was convicted in December.
Prosecutor Kate MacDougall called the convicted killer “manipulative,” ”narcissistic” and a poor candidate for rehabilitation, telling the judge Chism is also accused of attacking a woman at a youth detention facility.
Susan Oker, the teen’s lawyer, had asked for a sentence that would make Chism eligible for parole no later than age 40.
Earlier Friday, Ritzer’s mother said the murder of her 24-year-old daughter has left her “so very broken.”

If a White kid would have raped and murdered a Black teacher, they’d have given him an award.
