Black beggars are pretty much all muggers.
If you don’t pay them that’s when they pull out their weapon and/or follow you.
A 26-year-old West Palm Beach man was taken into custody Friday in connection to an alleged home invasion robbery from November.
Authorities say Eugene Omar Knight broke into an apartment on 15th Avenue North Avenue in Lake Worth the evening of Nov. 26 and robbed a man at gunpoint. On Wednesday, he remained in custody at the Palm Beach County Jail after a judge ordered he be held without bail.
According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report, Knight entered the apartment that evening and robbed a man of of his wallet and $30 in cash. The alleged victim told investigators he was cleaning his apartment for company and was bringing furniture inside when Knight entered behind him.
The man said he recognized Knight from previous encounters at nearby gas stations, where Knight would beg for money. A neighbor who was helping the man clean overheard the commotion as she exited the bathroom.
