An Upstate teen was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor less than 11 years old, per deputies.
Deputies said evidence suggests 17-year-old Daymon Alzay Downs of Greenville “engaged in sexual battery by oral sex and vaginal/digital penetration against the victim while she was less than 11 years of age.”
