Phoenix police have made an arrest in a murder case that dates back nearly 14 years.

Dawn Tucker-Subia, 32, was found dead in her Ahwatukee apartment back in 2001 when her estranged husband went to drop off their kids.

Police arrested 44-year-old Adrian Harvey for murder and burglary.

Adrian Harvey has been arrested again over a decade later, for the murder of his ex-wife.

Police said he was interviewed in the case back in 2001, but was released, because there was not enough evidence to charge him.

Investigators said new evidence led to his arrest, but they haven’t said what that evidence is.
