This guy is getting speeding tickets for a car that is legally parked.
Now, I may be wrong but I thought parked meant that the truck was not moving.
How can you possibly get a speeding ticket if the camera is seeing 0 MPH?
Regardless of whatever is causing the camera to report him, this man is now being forced to spend his time and money defending himself for not committing any kind of traffic violation.
