Black cosmetic products are the most stolen objects in the country (maybe razor blades are higher, but not by much), so this isn’t surprising.

I assume the black market for dindu cosmetics is lucrative.

WKRN:

Metro police are working to locate a man who stole $20,000 of hair weave from a north Nashville beauty supply shop.

It happened on May 16 at the Weave Spot on Jefferson Street.

Metro police said the suspect kicked in the back door of the business around 9 p.m. and took black and blonde hair weave from behind the counter, placing it in a dark-colored laundry bag.

The man appears to be in his early 20s and was wearing a blue Memphis Grizzlies sweatshirt.
