Who would even believe this story?
The New York Times no longer has the credibility to say “sources say” and have anyone believe what they are saying is true.
They did this “sources say” bullshit to claim Russians were putting bounties on the heads of American soldiers in Afghanistan. That was a massive piece of media that was entirely fake news, designed to prevent the end of the Afghanistan war.
They started all these wars with their fake sources. I hope Elon did meet with the Iranians, but it’s just not very likely at all given the source.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk, a close ally of US President-elect Donald Trump, met with the Iranian ambassador to the UN earlier this week, the New York Times reported on Thursday, citing two unnamed Iranian officials.
According to the NYT, Musk’s meeting with Amir Saeid Iravani took place in New York on Monday and was described by the paper’s Iranian sources as an attempt to “defuse tensions” between the US and Iran. The conversation was “positive” and “good news,” Iranian sources said.
Musk, who owns SpaceX, Tesla, and the social media platform X, has not commented on the matter. Trump spokesman Steven Cheung told the NYT that the president-elect would not comment on “reports of private meetings that did or did not occur.” The Iranian mission to the UN also declined to comment, according to the Washington Post.
Elon doesn’t want a war with Iran. I believe that.
He also ended up giving more money to Trump than Miriam Adelson, so… hopefully he outbid her in controlling these decisions?
I don’t think that is the case. I don’t think anything with Iran is going to be defused. We all saw how happy Bibi was about Trump’s victory, and he’s not happy because Trump is going to do peace in the Middle East. If there was peace in the Middle East, Bibi would go to jail for allowing October 7th to happen. His entire life is now riding on the US starting a war with Iran.
NBC is reporting that people in the Trump administration are mad about Elon acting like he’s in charge.
