Busy planning a war against Russia, Obama is also working on a war against terrorists he funded. This is just what America needs: a third war in Iraq.

President Obama is expected to send Congress an authorization for the use of military force to fight the Islamic State group on Wednesday, multiple sources told Fox News.
Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have pushed for Congress to weigh in and believe the administration is operating outside the Constitutional boundaries of executive power.
The resolution could include possible limitations for ground troops, a time frame and the geographical footprint in which the U.S. operates.
Obama so far has relied on congressional authorizations that former President George W. Bush used to justify military action after 9/11. Critics say the White House’s use of these authorizations to fight IS is a legal stretch at best. The president earlier insisted he had the legal authority to deploy 2,763 U.S. troops in Iraq to train and assist Iraqi security forces, and conduct ongoing airstrikes against targets in Iraq and Syria. More recently, the president has said he wants a new authorization, but has not released details.
A congressional official said the president will ask for a three-year authorization so the next president will have to seek renewed authority to fight IS. The official said Obama wants to leave open the option to send in combat forces if needed, but is not seeking an authorization that would permit a prolonged U.S. troop presence on the ground. The White House request also would not restrict the fight to certain geographic locations, but would limit the U.S. to fighting IS militants or any future group that they become, the official said.
So, I guess we are literally on the verge of a third war with these desert monkeys. But as they say, the third time’s the charm. They are probably going to decide they now want a liberal Western democracy this time instead of the brutal dictatorship they prefer.
How is it even possible we are going to do this a third time?
And who’s paying for it? Not the Jews demanding it, I assure you.
This news comes as the USAID worker who was an ISIS hostage is apparently confirmed to be dead.

The parents of Kayla Mueller, the Arizona woman who was taken hostage by ISIS in August, 2013, confirmed Tuesday their daughter died while in the hands of the terror group.
“We are heartbroken to share that we’ve received confirmation that Kayla Jean Mueller, has lost her life,” Carl and Marsha Mueller, of Prescott, Ariz., said in a statement. “Kayla was a compassionate and devoted humanitarian. She dedicated the whole of her young life to helping those in need of freedom, justice, and peace.”
The family received information from their daughter’s ISIS captors over the weekend that was authenticated, according to U.S. officials.
“The family received a private message from Kayla’s ISIL captors containing additional information,” National Security Council spokeswoman Bernadette Meehan said Tuesday. “Once this information was authenticated by the intelligence community, they concluded that Kayla was deceased.”
It is not yet known how or when 26-year-old Mueller died. ISIS claimed last week she was killed by a Jordanian airstrike, but offered no immediate evidence.
President Obama issued a statement Tuesday, also acknowledging her death.
The best way to avoid getting kidnapped by ISIS would have been to have not gone into ISIS territory. Somehow, that sort of logic escapes folks these days.
