The Obama administration, commonly known as the Planet of the Apes Occupation Government of America, has declared that they are going to rapidly increase the speed at which America is flooded with vibrant enrichers from Haiti. Thousands of these diverse and colorful apes will soon land on our shores to drink the blood from our veins, rape our women and enrich our culture with poverty and violence.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Homeland Security Department agency that oversees immigration benefits cases, said the Haitian Family Reunification Parole Program will allow Haitians who are scheduled to receive a visa within two years to move to the U.S. While they are waiting for their visas, the immigrants will be granted a work permit, USCIS said.

Starting in early 2015 the State Department’s National Visa Center will notify Haitians already living in the United States that their relatives may be eligible to come to the U.S. sooner. USCIS said only those people contacted by the government will be eligible for the program.
It is unclear how many immigrants may benefit from the program initially. There are about 100,000 Haitians already approved to come to the U.S. awaiting a visa.
Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world outside of Africa, and has an average IQ of 68, which is significantly lower than that of the average American Negro. It is a country known for violence and voodoo.
In 1791, the Blacks of Haiti rose up and killed all the Whites who ran their country, apparently wanting to become more poor.
