Of Course Mexico is “Sending” Illegals–Their Government Backs the “Migrants” All the Way

When Trump announced for President, he said

“When Mexico sends its people, they are not sending their best. They are not sending you. They are sending people that have lots of problems, and they are bringing those problems to us. They are bringing drugs and they are bringing crime, and they’re rapists.”

That got this response, which I didn’t blog on because it was so obviously stupid.

First of all, the country immigrants or refugees come from is called the “sending country” even if it’s like Cuba or North Korea, and is willing to actually kill people to prevent them leaving.

Also, of course, the expression “Mexico sends” doesn’t mean the Mexican Government sends, it means the nation of Mexico sends, which is hard to deny.

However, Trump has been forced to defend the proposition that the Mexican government has helped the illegals on their way, which he has done. [Trump: ‘Five Different Sources’ Say Mexico Is Sending People to the US, Breitbart, July 15, 2015]

rulings_tom-pantsonfire1This has not satisfied the factcheckers at Politico (“pants on fire”, they say, so you know it’s true) or cuckservative Rich Lowry. As Peter Brimelow pointed out, Lowry insisted that

“Trump, of course, couldn’t answer about his evidence that the Mexican government is pushing people over the border.”  That the Mexican government is encouraging illegal emigration is so obvious that Trump may have though it needed no elaboration, but for the record VDARE.com reported that it had published a comic-book format “Guide for the Mexican Migrant” for illegals (“Avoid attracting attention, at least while you are arranging your stay or documents to live in the United States”) over ten years ago.

You can see, through the magic of Archive.org, the original web version of the official SRE (the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs) GUÍA DEL MIGRANTE MEXICANO online. However, it’s in Spanish, so try the American Renaissance version in English: Guide for the Mexican Migrant.

As we noted at the time, the Guide, while focusing surviving the invasion through the desert processs without getting killed or arrested, also included four pages “devoted to how to live in the United States undetected.”

This is the illustration telling illegals not to sign anything without a lawyer or the Mexican consul’s advice:

181This illustration is used by the Mexican Foreign Ministry to explain that if you are Mexican living in America, you will get in legal trouble if you beat your wife.

261It’s not just the brochure and the free advice, it’s the entire Mexican Foreign Ministry, with its network of consulates, and support for illegals from the Mexican Ambassador, and Mexican Presidents coming to the US to speak to their people and and speak in support of illegal immigration. (See Vicente Fox Should Be Arrested And Thrown Out Of U.S. For Good, by Sam Francis, as long ago as 2003.)

The Mexican Government doesn’t have jobs for these people, and wants American dollars in remittances. It’s behind the illegals all the way.
