A man’s been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of murder after a shooting Monday night in Dayton.
Police say a man, his girlfriend and two other people traveled to Dayton from the Findlay, Ohio area for a drug transaction. The transaction happened at a home on Adelite Avenue.
During the course of the drug transaction, police say the victim was shot multiple times and later died at the hospital. Homicide detectives were called to the scene and later identified a person of interest, Marcus Bringham Jr., 26, and brought him to the police station to be interviewed.
Bringham was later booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of murder.
