There was a time people could go to public spaces safely.
But now there’s niggas everywhere.
The early morning homicide happened in the 2800 block of River Road. Armand Van Tonder, 22, died at the scene. Jacob Bynum, 18, survived multiple gunshot wounds. A third man with them was not injured.
The North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) says Davion Wright, 17, was picked up around 7 p.m. Wednesday with the assistance of U.S. Marshals. He is being held at the Pulaski County Jail.
Police say Wright has been charged as an adult in the case and all three suspects face charges of Capital Murder, Attempted Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery.
The NLRPD identifies the other two suspects as:
Ladetrick Harris, 17. He is described as 5’11”, 165 pounds with a tattoo “Latoyce” on his right arm.
Isiah Gilliam, 18. He is described as 5’9″, 160 pounds with a tattoo “Lady B” on his right arm.
