It isn’t surprising that when Blacks take over America, they do the exact same thing.
Thousands of dangerous federal prison inmates will be released in November as a result of the U.S. Sentencing Commission’s decision to lower federal sentencing for all drug trafficking and distribution crimes, two Republican lawmakers warned Tuesday.
According to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, the release will include inmates with violent criminal histories who committed crimes involving assault, firearms, and even murder.
Goodlatte and Grassley sent a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch Wednesday asking for more information about these inmates including a history of offenses for each offender projected release date, any known aliases of the offender along with the full legal name, the offender’s country of citizenship, and whether BOP has notified or intends to notify ICE about the release of any unlawful criminal aliens.
“It is our understanding that tens of thousands of federal inmates are eligible for early release as a result, and that the BOP inmate population will fall by more than 12,000 inmates by the end of fiscal year 2016. Overall, the Sentencing Commission has estimated that 46,376 prisoners are eligible for early release under Amendment 782 — with nearly 8,000 offenders eligible for immediate release on November 1, 2015,” they wrote.
Last year, the Sentencing Commission made a two-level reduction, through Amendment 782, in the base offense levels for all drug trafficking and distribution offenses — including those that impose mandatory minimum sentences. Those reductions are retroactive and apply to every drug offense inmate in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons. Thousands of inmates filed motions for sentence reductions in their jurisdictions within the last year.
The deal is that very often people plea to a deal reducing the offense to a drug charge after having been arrested for something violent. So Obama is saying “these niggas is non-violent, muffugguh,” when in actuality they were arrested for violent crimes, but copped a plea to a less charge of drug dealing.
Everyone knows this, and it isn’t being denied by anyone, but they just keep chanting “non-violent offenders” with the not-so-subtle implication that they were locked up because of hatred for the color of their skin.
Basically, it is another gigantic hoax, the scale of which is nearly incomprehensible. As the Daily Caller says, Obama is literally releasing untold thousands of violent criminals out onto the streets.
The Reason for Drug Laws
Many have argued that a good reason for keeping strict drug-laws is that it allows you to convict people who are engaged in other acts of violence. When Bill Clinton strengthened drug laws, this was the basic reasoning.
Because if a Black shoots another Black, no one really knows what happened. They don’t rat each other out (“he a good boy, dindu nuffin”), and investigating these crimes is almost impossible for a number of other reasons as well.
What they can’t weasel their way out of is getting caught with drugs on their body, in their car or home. They will universally say “mayne I jus holdin that fer mah fren,” but that doesn’t hold up in court in the way “I ain’t seen nuffin” holds up against a charge of murder. Because in a drug arrest, there is always physical evidence.
There is, I assume, a percentage of the young Black male population which are not violent criminals. Some of them probably do go to church, try to do good in school, and so on. I do not have a problem with the idea that such a population potentially exists. However, any young Black male who gets caught with ounces of crack cocaine is almost certainly not a peaceful crack dealer, and has been involved in violent crime that he maybe didn’t get caught for.
So, even if these people didn’t plea to a lesser charge after having been charged with a violent crime, as is the case with the ones who have been researched, they are almost certainly all violent criminals (save possibly some who were arrested for marijuana, as I believe it is technically possible for a marijuana smoking Black to be non-violent – but most of these guys were arrested for crack cocaine and heroin, marijuana sentencing had been lowered a long time ago).
This isn’t a political issue, it is a criminal issue. But the fact is, Black politics are almost indistinguishable from criminal issues, given that most Black males are criminals. The Obama strategy has been to politicize criminal issues as a way of legalistically wiping away the sins of Blacks.
Funnily enough, these violent Black criminals are being freed just in time to be placed in public housing in middle class White neighborhoods.
