AN Australian Christian group has offered an apology to the LGBTIQ community for ‘discrimination and hurt’ caused by the church and plans a national reconciliation process.
Former NSW Premier Kristina Keneally is one of the supporters of Equal Voices, a non-denominational organisation, which said it would present the document to parliament.
A rally on the steps of St James Anglican Church in King Street, Sydney, tomorrow night will encourage Christians from all groups to sign the apology.
Rev. Dr. Keith Mascord, a founding member of Equal Voices, said: “The National Apology will recognise the discrimination and hurt caused by Christian behaviour and attitudes, particularly in regard to ‘conversion therapy’ and “pray away the gay” movements.
“The purpose of the National Apology is to begin a reconciliation process between Australian Christians and LGBTIQ+ fellow Australians.
“We invite Christians of all denominations to join us in reflection and apology at St James Church in Sydney.”
Rev. Mascord added the apology will eventually be presented to Parliament on behalf of those who have signed it.
“As Christians, we must be the first to reach out our hands in apology to those who are LGBTIQ+ and affirm their place in church and society.
“We encourage all Christians to read and hopefully join the apology and to join us this evening, witness this intentional step towards reconciliation and respect.”
So of course I’m confused, because you either follow the Bible and God’s word or you don’t. You simply cannot be a Christian and pick and choose what you want to agree with.
It’s mind-baffling because by doing this they are going against God’s word. They are claiming that he was wrong and cruel in making it very clear that homosexuality is an abomination.
How can they praise and worship a God that they don’t agree with? A God whom they feel they need to apologize for?
Apparently just saying you’re a Christian makes you one…

Truth is he never spoke out about faggotry, he never actually reversed or challenged what God had established on the topic in the Old Testament.

Here are some well known verses from the Old Testament, which send a clear message that homosexuality is a sin:
GENESIS 2:24: For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.
ROMANS 1:26 -27: Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
LEVITICUS 20:13: If a man practices homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman, both men have committed a detestable act. They must both be put to death, for they are guilty of a capital offense.
Now let’s take a look at all the verses from the New Testament where Jesus preaches pro-homosexuality.
Oh wait sorry- there are none.
Shitlibs usually get Jesus hanging around with sinners confused with him accepting sinners.
Jesus never hung around sinners because he agreed with them or because he was ok with their actions, he hung around them because he thought he could save them.
Luke 5:32: Jesus answered, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 32I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”
So sure, Jesus may have spent time with a filthy faggot and given him love, but he would have done so in hopes of changing him for the better.
You simply cannot do what these degenerates are doing and claim to be Christian.
