A Pakistani migrant who travelled across Europe to get to Germany has defended himself against five counts of sex assault by declaring “it’s hard to get a girlfriend if you are a refugee”.
Asif M, 26, appeared in Berlin Regional Court, where he read out a statement trying to explain the attacks.
The prosecution accuses him of having raped a young woman and committed five more sexual assaults. Asif M confirms most of the attacks between April 29 and July 25.
Prosecutors say he approached lone women in the street and told them it was his birthday.
When the women rejected him he pounced, it is alleged.
He pulled his first victim to the ground, kissed her, grabbed her chest.
The prosecution said: ”After he briefly let go of her and the witness tried to leave.
“The accused asked her to stay and undressed the witness, which she endured for fear of further violence.
“Then the accused performed unprotected vaginal sexual intercourse against the will of the witness.”
Other women Asif M was said to have attacked, defended themselves and screamed, causing him to flee.
In Asif M’s statement, he apologised, saying he did not attack anyone on his journey through Europe.
It added: ”But in Germany, it somehow came out of me.
“It is hard to get a girlfriend if you are a refugee and have nothing to offer.
“I wanted to have sex.”
He said he had drunk excessively before the attacks, included when he worked before the bar at a restaurant.
He also smoked a marijuana joint before the rape.
But he claims when he pulled the woman to the ground and had sex with her she “did not resist”.
However, the victim claims he apologised to her and said “are you mad at me?” after the incident.
For the defence, Ralph Schaefer told the judge: “I asked (Asif M) if there were exchanges of affection coming from witness J. He says no, she did not do anything. And that he did not realise his mistake until she said she did not like it.”
At first, the court had considered agreeing with the defence on a sentence of three years and three months to three years and nine months, in order to spare the women to have to make a public statement.
But due to contradictory statements of the defendant, the chairman now wants to question some of the victims.
So, that’s a weird story.
Whether the girl wanted it or not should be totally irrelevant.
Yes, there is some data to show that women actually like being raped, and will not resist in these situations. But this is the exact thing that the Jew-feminists say doesn’t exist, when they will literally prosecute and imprison white men for “raping” a girl who was voluntarily drunk in his bedroom.
Consent or lack of consent is a stupid measure for rape – at least in a criminal court – as it cannot ever be measured objectively. What they actually mean when they say “consent” apparently is “did she like it?”
If you grab a random woman on the street, force her to take off her clothes and then penetrate her, that should be considered rape no matter if “she liked it,” just as if a girl is naked in your bed voluntarily and you have sex with her, it should never be considered rape even if “she didn’t like it.”
This is just a bunch of pseudoscientific quackery, this “did she like it?” business.
I mean, my God. Next they’ll bring in a hypnotist.
But here once again we see that the feminist system only exists to attack white men. Because the feminist system is a Marxist system. It is about giving the least valuable humans the most power. And on these people’s charts, though a white woman deserves more power than a white man, and so can accuse him of rape when she’s naked in his bed, a Pakistani man deserves more power than a white woman, so can say she liked the rape.
These stupid women went along with the war against white men, allied with these monkeys against us, but they didn’t even stop to think that they were next in line.
This case is going to set a precedent in Germany where brown people can grab women off the street and rape them and then just say “well, she liked it, so I did nothing wrong.”
Good going, ladies.
This is also the natural end of feminism. It was always about “what makes the woman feel good?” and now that is being turned on her.
This guy raping the girl on the street is any better or worse than a white girl who voluntarily has sex with a non-white. It is the same thing, from an objective point of view – they are taking our property. Our women belong to us. Period. “Because she likes it” means absolutely nothing. Women are impudent children. Running a society based on what they like or don’t like is objectively insane.
They like or dislike all sorts of things for no clear reason, beyond primitive biological drives which failed to catch up with evolution. While men have directed their primal drives into productive work, women are running around behaving like they think we’re still living in caves.
It is time to start thinking of our women as what they are: the collective property of the men of our race.
This is how women were viewed by our ancestors from the beginning of time, and it is why we fought to protect them – because they belong to us.
Feminism can only end with there being no protections whatsoever on women, because hey “that bitch wanted it – who cares?”
The idea that women are capable of making their own choices, and should have a right to make their own choices, was always bound to end up in a discussion about whether or not a woman raped on the street by an immigrant enjoyed it or not.
