Virginia Beach police are looking for the man who they say peeked under a Target bathroom stall at a young child using the restroom.
“I think it’s disgusting and they need to grow up and learn manners,” said parent Brittany Adams.
You can hear the outrage in the voices of parents. They’re just hearing about an incident that took place November 14 inside the Target at Pembroke Mall.
Police say a child small child was using the restroom there around 6 p.m. when a man peeked under the stall and continued to watch the child. By the time the child’s parents found out what happened, the suspect was already out the door.
“With our children, we always have to go with them, because we are too afraid,” said parent Chris Adams.
The child was not physically hurt.
