A lot of people don’t know that every New Year’s in Paris, Moslems go out and burn a thousand or so cars. People don’t know this because the media either doesn’t report it or doesn’t make a big deal out of it.
BBC:
The number of cars set alight in France on New Year’s Eve fell significantly this year, the government has said.
Some 12% fewer cars were set alight on Wednesday compared with 2013, in a measure of what has effectively become an annual event in French suburbs since riots in 2005 in Paris and elsewhere.
The number of vehicles torched fell from 1,067 a year ago to 940, the interior ministry said in a statement.
Security was high in France overnight following a series of street attacks.
While the car-burning can be easily traced back to 2005, some correspondents say the idea of burning cars as a form of protest in France dates back into the 1990s.
Fantastic lede. Fantastic for everyone except my keyboard, who just got coffee blown all over him.
Media be all like: “Congratulations for not doing a thousand! You hajis should get some sort of reward! We’ll see if we can scrounge up a few pre-teen blond virgins for yall to pass around.”
But what are they even protesting, one may ask. Well, they are protesting France and the French.
It’s rather incredible to think about, really. These people have been in France for generations. They’ve been given unlimited everything, had generosity on a scale unheard of at any other time in history poured on them.
And every single year while the ethnic French are out watching fireworks, they are out burning French people’s cars.
Oh, but there weren’t any fireworks this year.
They were canceled, because of Moslems.
The usual fireworks display in the French capital has been scrapped and replaced by a five-minute video performance at the Arc de Triomphe just before midnight, relayed on screens along the Champs Elysees.
About 11,000 soldiers, police and emergency workers are being deployed on the streets – 2,000 more than last year – seven weeks after 130 people were murdered in multiple attacks.
Maybe they burned a hundred fewer cars because they were celebrating getting the fireworks shut down.
What a morbid, horrible thing this diversity is. Because you brought Moslems into your country, ostensibly as a form of charity, your holiday traditions are ruined and then they go ahead and burn your car anyway.
What is the point of this?
How much more can we possibly take?
