Pompeo is a total garbage pick. Also, on a side note, the name and his appearance make me think of the ancient Roman champion of the corrupt aristocrats running Rome into the ground. Old Pompey and new Pompeo bear a resemblance to one another.
Of course, in everything else, Pompeo and the current system of suit-clad bugmen that rule over us bear little resemblance to the glory of Rome.
But still…

Democrats on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee grilled the former congressman from Kansas, who headed the CIA for the past 15 months, about his beliefs regarding gay marriage, Muslims, abortion, etc. They did not, however, object to his positions on Russia, which were in line with those laid out by Hillary Clinton after her loss to Trump in the 2016 presidential election.
Pompeo described Russia as “a danger to our country” and blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for any “bad blood” between Washington and Moscow. He also vowed to “confront [the Russians] at every vector, cyber, economic, et cetera. We need to make sure Putin doesn’t succeed.”
If you ever had any doubts, you can put them aside now. Both sides of the system agree on pretty much everything on the globohomo agenda. Both represent the interests of a decadent and corrupt oligarchy and quasi-priest class.
Trump tried to be different, but he’s getting sucked into this machine.
When Clinton’s former running mate Senator Tim Kaine (D-Virginia) asked if the US should back off from regime change and democracy promotion because Russia or another country might feel justified to engage in the same policies, Pompeo responded with a variant of “it’s different when we do it.”
“This is a unique, exceptional country,” he said. “Russia is unique, but not exceptional.”
That’s a bold statement for 2018.
Here’s some of that exceptionalism that gets American into trouble: It’s a mix of “democracy” promotion a la Woodrow Wilson, and promotion of homo rights, feminism and mass migration that give the US the moral compass that sets it above other countries.
Countries that take on this sort of messianism are a danger to themselves and everyone around them. Funny enough, Russia already went through a similar period of messianism – but it ended in tragedy and collapse.
Now it seems that it is America’s turn to get tragic and collapsey.
I find it hard to feel a lot of pity though.
Answering Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-New New Hampshire), Pompeo listed the ways in which the Trump administration has confronted Russia, from sanctions and the expulsion of diplomats to the new nuclear posture review.
“In Syria, now, a handful of weeks ago the Russians met their match. A couple hundred Russians were killed,” he said.
He is referring to the Russian private contractors that were killed a couple of months back.
Funny how he gloats and eagerly talks about dead “Russians.”
Notice how they never do the same for “Arabs.” They always say, “dead terrorists.” No one in the US government will ever talk about killing “Iraqis” – it’s “insurgents” or “radicals” or something like that.
Domestically, it’s never “Mexicans are causing problems” it’s always, “illegal immigration” – which is a sort of person-less force of nature, not even a group of people, just a natural phenomenon like a tornado or the changing of the tides.
But it was “the Russians” who hacked our elections.
In other words, it’s only another group of White people – preferably Eastern Slavs – that the Shabbos goyim feel comfortable lashing out at.
I don’t know if it’s a Boomer Cold War holdover or leftover Protestant messianism or the nonstop Jewish propaganda at work here. I suppose it’s some combination.
But it’s dangerous stuff.
