Who cares about your problems, slut?
The internet doesn’t so stop telling us about them.
Ernest Baker, a popular music writer, has been arrested following a domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend, which took place earlier this year.
Music journalist Lauren Nostro, managing editor of Complex Music, has corroborated a bombshell claim that Baker sent her to the hospital in May following a heated argument that turned violent.
The allegations first surfaced on Wednesday evening, when writer Meaghan Garvey tweeted, “Your fav ‘rap journalist’ put his ex-gf in the hospital & ducked the bill, but keep telling me about the misogyny of a thinkpiece.”
“‘How to abuse women,’ in stores Nevruary 13th,” she continued.
When some of her followers began to inquire whom she was alluding to, Garvey responded by retweeting a recent post from Baker (a boisterous figure in the online music journalism community who has written for Billboard, Rolling Stone and The Fader) in which he lists some of his achievements in 2015.
Three hours after Garvey posted her initial tweet, Nostro addressed the incident herself, beginning with a tweet that read, “No one is ever who they seem to be” before sharing an image of herself with a gash on her chin.
Complex is an almost entirely Jew outlet and this bitch looks like a Jewess.
I don’t know if “Nostro” is a Jewish name or even a real name. It doesn’t actually sound real.
I'm a little tired of hiding this so since everyone knows, here's what your fave writer did: pic.twitter.com/m2KQqtzlwJ
