As literally millions of Moslems flood Germany, a single American citizen is being harassed for overstaying his visa.
Either you have borders or you do not. Germany does not have borders, so what right do they have to harass anyone for violating these non-existent borders?
On Thursday morning federal police at Munich Airport pulled out a US Citizen from check-in, as he tried to leave for Atlanta. The pensioner got the officers attention because he had remained longer than allowed in the federal territory. The American traveled to Munich for the first time in November 2012. He had then decided to stay because the air was better than in his Californian home. He was ill, having diabetes. He lived since then with friends in Augsburg, living off his US pension. In March of 2014, the 70-year-old was flown back to his homeland. But there it took him only about three months until he moved back to southern Germany. Since then, he lived in Bavaria. Now he was on his way to California where he wanted to spend the winter. Without a residence permit, the US citizen would be allowed to stay in Germany for only three months.
But in fact, he was already a total of 819 days too long in Germany. Since the native Armenian had never applied for a residence permit, the federal police fined him for illegal residence in the federal territory.
His journey to the winter residence could only continue after further police action – with a complaint in his luggage.
