A teenager has denied masturbating in court.

19-year-old Parvinder Aullakh, of Feltham, denied the charge of outraging public decency after he was allegedly seen performing the solo act in the public gallery of Hammersmith Magistrates Court on July 24.

Aullakh denied the offence and elected for a trial by jury.

Despite being caught masturbating by the Court, he still denied it.

Victoria Ojo, prosecuting, told the court: “It is a case where the defendant has entered the public gallery in court and its alleged that he pulled out his private parts in public view and started to masturbate.”

The teenager was escorted from court by police but “continued with his actions,” said Ms Ojo.

He will now attend a plea and case management hearing at Isleworth Crown Court on October 17 after being released on unconditional bail.
