A constant talking point from the left is that Blacks and other non-Whites are just as capable at inventing and maintaining new technology as Whites.
Save for some Asians, this is demonstrably false. It can be shown that a country of 20 million where half of that population is not White will produce fewer innovations than a country of only 10 million Whites.
