Richard Spencer speaks on the IRS shutdown scandal.
They took is 501(c)(3) status on a technicality – they forgot to get forms from him, then claimed it was his fault.
However, they also mention that he was overly-supportive of Donald Trump in an official capacity. Tax exempt corporations are banned from interfering in partisan politics.
Basically, this opens a path for the ADL and the SPLC to have their tax exempt statuses stripped from them. They were aggressively anti-Trump.
