They are launching a cyber investigation against him.

And yeah, that is the confirmed account of the ADL.
They are launching a cyber investigation against him because he compared the border fence in Hungary to the border wall in Jew-Israel.
So, apparently, the ADL considers it some sort of hate crime to mention the fact that Israel does not have an open borders policy. Or, at least they allow someone to run their official Twitter account who has that view. That is the only conclusion that can be drawn from this situation.

Maybe they’ll come out and say “sorry, this was a mistake by an intern we allowed to run our official twitter account, we don’t actually unleash the Jewish cyber police on people for simply saying that Israel defends its borders.”
But I don’t really expect them to do that. I think it is now literally the official policy of the ADL that if you mention that Israel does not have open borders, you are guilty of an anti-Semitic hate crime.
