Saintly Illegal Immigrant Deported After 30 Years is Really a Convicted Drug-Trafficker

Every TV channel and Jew paper has been running the Jorge Garcia story on repeat.

According to the Judenpress, Garcia – a father of three – was a simple family man who was brought to the United States illegally at age 9. ICE has enforced a deportation order for him and that is because white people are heartless racists who are “separating families.”

But the thinking man has a problem with this sob story. There are somewhere between 30 to 50 million illegal immigrants (Ann Coulter’s estimate) operating in the open in the United States right now, and most of them aren’t being deported.

To get deported in the USA, you have to commit a particularly egregious felony and even this isn’t true in the cities where the most illegals live (“sanctuary cities”).

According to the Jews, Mr. Garcia is being deported because he didn’t correctly file in court for protection. Just an accounting error, goyim!

Well, they’re liars playing a trick on the public. Garcia is being deported because he is a convicted drug trafficker. He was ordered for deportation in a case under Obama’s Department of Justice!

Garcia v. Holder (2011):

In July 2008, the immigration judge (IJ) concluded that Garcia should be denied both of these forms of relief. A 1182(h) waiver for drug offenses is available only for a single offense of simple possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana. 8 U.S.C. 1182(h). Because Garcia pled guilty to something more than simple possession of marijuana, the IJ reasoned that Garcia was not eligible for 1182(h) wiver.

Cancellation of removal, Garcia’s other asserted basis for relief, is not available to an alien who, among other things, has been convicted of an offense deemed an aggravated felony under federal law. 8 U.S.C. 1229b(a)(3). The IJ concluded that Garcia was not eligible for cancellation of removal because Garcia’s state conviction constituted an aggravated felony due to the fact that (1) the conviction contained a trafficking element – namely, the intent to deliver – and (2) the elements of the state conviction would support a felony conviction under 21 U.S.C. 841(a)(1) and punishment under 21 U.S.C. 841(b)(1)(D). And even if Garcia were eligible for cancellation of removal, the IJ determined that Garcia had not demonstrated that he was entitled to such discretionary relief.

So there you have it. A little “detail” the Washington Post, New York Times, MSNBC and The Young Turks omitted from their white guilt story.

The funny thing is, even if this story was true, most people still want them all out. America is broke and unemployed and its safety net is on the brink of collapse. This is in large part an immigration problem.

We don’t need Mexicans stealing drug dealer jobs from young African-American entrepreneurs.

How sneaky these official liars are. Looking up Jorge Garcia’s information is difficult due to how common the name is. If it wasn’t for somebody sending me this tip I would’ve never known.

Which is the real reason they want to take the Jews want to take the Daily Stormer down. We’re the only place where you get the facts.
