Reason number 297,201,011 not to allow hajis in your country: they will stir up the Mexicans and convince them to murder you for Allah.

CNN:

Enrique Marquez was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday and accused of conspiring with San Bernardino shooter Sayed Rizwan Farook to provide material support to terrorists.

Marquez, who was arrested two weeks ago, also faces two counts of making a false statement when buying two rifles, one count of marriage fraud and one count of making a false statement on immigration paperwork.

Marquez is suspected of buying rifles used by Farook and Farook’s wife, Tashfeen Malik, in the December 2 mass shooting that left 14 people dead in the Southern California city. Farook and Malik were killed in a shootout with police a few hours later.

Authorities said Marquez, 24, and Farook, who he met in college, planned terror attacks but never carried one out.

Marquez bought firearms from local stores in late 2011 and early 2012, authorities said. Although he identified himself as the buyer at the time, he actually bought the rifles for Farook as part of their plans to attack a college and a freeway, according to the federal complaint.

AP:

The counts include conspiring with shooter Syed Farook to carry out attacks in 2011 and 2012. Prosecutors said in court documents that Marquez and Farook planned to use pipe bombs and guns to kill people at the college they attended and to gun down others stuck in rush-hour traffic on a California freeway. The plots fizzled, and they never acted.

Two more counts allege that Marquez said in paperwork that two assault rifles he later gave to Farook were only for himself or his immediate family.

Not defending this terror-Mexican here, but honestly, some of these charges are a bit weird. I don’t know how exactly someone can charged with talking about committing a crime and then not doing it.

To simply this, it isn’t illegal to say “I’d like to kill that bitch” to your friend about your girlfriend. Even if you said “I have the gun, I should drive to her place right now, kick in the door, and shoot her in her bed,” you still couldn’t be charged with “planning a murder.” No crime is committed by talking about potentially committing a crime.

Note: If there’s some detail I’m missing here, let me know.

I’m a little bit surprised they added these charges. It makes a lot more sense to charge him with providing material support for terrorists, given that he’s admitted to buying guns for someone he admittedly knew was planning terrorist attacks.

But really, it would be so much simpler if we didn’t have terrorist hajis or feeble-minded Mexicans in our country at all.
