San Francisco Judge Blocks Trump’s Asylum Restrictions After Jews Go Judge-Shopping

U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar is a traitor to the United States of America. He just ruled in favor of evil Jewish groups who desire to flood our country with endless numbers of third world savages.

It would appear as if any attempt made by President Trump to effectively control immigration is going to be met with endless lawsuits from Jewish groups. The latest example of this is the Jew-run American Civil Liberties Union and the Jew-run Southern Poverty Law Center filing a lawsuit against new asylum restrictions that Trump put in place against illegal aliens. They found a Barack Obama appointed judge from San Francisco named Jon Tigar to rule in their favor.

Reuters:

A U.S. judge on Monday temporarily blocked an order by President Donald Trump that barred asylum for immigrants who enter the country illegally from Mexico, the latest courtroom defeat for Trump on immigration policy.

U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar in San Francisco issued a temporary restraining order against the asylum rules. Tigar’s order takes effect immediately, applies nationwide, and lasts until at least Dec. 19 when the judge scheduled a hearing to consider a more long-lasting injunction.

Representatives for the U.S. Department of Justice could not immediately be reached for comment.

Trump cited an overwhelmed immigration system for his recent proclamation that officials will only process asylum claims for migrants who present themselves at an official entry point. Civil rights groups sued, arguing that Trump’s Nov. 9 order violated administrative and immigration law.

In his ruling, Tigar said Congress clearly mandated that immigrants can apply for asylum regardless of how they entered the country. The judge called the latest rules an “extreme departure” from prior practice.

“Whatever the scope of the President’s authority, he may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden,” Tigar wrote.

Tigar was nominated to the court by President Barack Obama.

This is a completely unsustainable situation. How is it that these Jewish groups can just find some random judge that nobody has ever heard of and immediately overturn an executive order made by the President of the United States?

Trump should ignore these ridiculous court rulings and cite national security as his reason. And besides, it’s not like this judge is any position to enforce his goofy ruling.

It’s also clear that these Jewish groups are enemies of the American people. They are trying to use the power of our own legal system to undermine the national security of the United States.

The ACLU is a subversive Jewish group attempting to undermine the national security of America.

As a first step, the Internal Revenue Service should look into revoking the tax exempt status of these Jewish organizations.

Several years ago, Obama used the IRS to prevent various patriot and conservative oriented groups from gaining tax exempt status. Since that action was apparently a lawful thing to do, there’s no reason why the ACLU and the SPLC can’t have their tax exemptions stripped from them. Surely, there is some sort of regulation or technicality involving national security that can justify it.

These caravan invaders are a legitimate national security threat to the United States. No judge should have the authority to block the President of the United States from dealing with it.

In the post 9/11 world, we were told that the government is allowed to do whatever it wants so long as the magic words “national security” are mentioned. There’s no reason why Trump can’t continue this great American tradition.

These Jewish groups are going to continue using the court system against Trump’s executive actions unless bold and aggressive action is taken against them. Trump’s orders will most likely be declared lawful by the Supreme Court, but it will take months for these cases to make its way through the court system. When it comes to urgent national security matters such as this, it is not reasonable for Trump to wait for Supreme Court decisions.
