This is why we need WHITE SHARIA.
Quentin Woodruff, 32, of the 2700 block of Marigold Avenue was a felon who had been in and out of incarceration for several years for convictions for selling cocaine and aggravated assault, according to the Department of Corrections.
In June 2015, Titusville police said Woodruff shot and killed Brandee Elizabeth Kelly, 24. Detectives said Kelly was pregnant at the time. Detectives drew up a warrant for Woodruff’s arrest a week after Kelly’s death. Police took him into custody in early August.
State statutes dictate that Woodruff, as a reoffender, cannot earn parole for his life sentence.
