The Senate’s Democrat leadership consists of Jews and a crazy woman named Pocahontas!
It is a great pleasure to watch the continued implosion of the Democrat party. They are run and managed by some very stupid people.
In this latest act of insanity, we see Senate Democrats holding a 24-hour protest to try and block President Trump’s Secretary of Education pick Betsy DeVos from getting confirmed.

Senate Democrats are planning an all-night session in a last-ditch effort to try to stop President Trump’s nominee for secretary of education, Betsy DeVos, from being confirmed.
Right now, DeVos just barely has enough votes. Two Republican senators — Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins from Maine — both announced last week they won’t support her nomination. That means there’s a 50-50 split right now, with Vice President Pence expected to break the tie with a vote slated for Tuesday afternoon.
The tactic from Democrats can’t stop a vote from happening; Cabinet members are no longer subjected to a 60-vote threshold to end debate. Instead they’re hoping the overnight rally of sorts will give members of the public more time to call in and pressure their representatives to rethink their position.
“I know for a fact there are other Republicans who are feeling the heat and could come around,” Sen. Patty Murray of Washington, the top Democrat on the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, said Monday afternoon on the Senate floor.
I’m struggling to understand the political strategy behind this. It is baffling to see them spend so much of their energy trying to block the confirmation of a cabinet pick. Especially the pick to lead the Department of Education. They can’t possibly think that DeVos is that dangerous of a person. At the same time, it is hard to see what they gain by whining about her for 24-hours straight.
Seems like a very nice lady.
Besides, the educational system in America is already screwed beyond belief. It is hard to see how she or anybody else could possibly make it any worse than it is right now.
Ultimately, the Department of Education has never served any useful function. It has actually made education worse with things like Common Core and other ridiculous initiatives.
If anything it will be highly entertaining to hear all the stupid things that come out of the mouths of Senate Democrats during this protest. I’m very much looking forward to watching the highlights.
