The Guardia Civil has arrested a man of Moroccan origin and nationality accused of the crime of threats against sexual liberty, when he put up various signs close to the customs zone La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) saying he had to “rape Spanish women” while shouting at the same time.
The action took place when officers of the Citizen Security Unit observed a man who was shouting and putting up various signs that said “today I have to rape Spanish women,” “I have to rape several women”.
The officers proceeded to identify him and established that he was the same man who a few days previously had been arrested for trying to kidnap a woman in the same area, some that was prevented by a police officer.
