First, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez threatened to veto Brexit over Gibraltar.
“After my conversation with Theresa May, our positions remain far away,” Sánchez tweeted in Spanish and English Thursday night. “My government will always defend the interests of Spain. If there are no changes, we will veto Brexit.”
After asserting his dominance, Dirty Sanchez fell into a deep siesta, and let the whole thing slide.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Saturday that a deal had been reached on Gibraltar, clearing the way for an EU summit on Sunday to approve a Brexit deal with British Prime Minister Theresa May.
Sanchez said any future decisions regarding Gibraltar would be made with Spain.
Very lazy.
What is even the point of negotiating a deal, if an irrelevant country like Spain can veto it over some territorial dispute?
Screw Theresa May, screw Dirty Sanchez, and screw making a deal.
How can anything take this long?
