I’m pretty sure this couldn’t have been an accident.
He was driving on the wrong side of the road, and drove through a pedestrian barrier and smashed 22 people, then tried to flee the scene, manically.
He’s a spic.
Maybe he’s an Islamic convert, or maybe this is some form of new Mexican terrorism we haven’t seen yet.
As I’m sure you’re aware, ISIS has been encouraging the “attack vehicle” method, and it has been used to great effect over the past year in France, Germany and Sweden.
One woman was killed and 22 other pedestrians were struck when a speeding car plowed into a crowd in New York’s Times Square on Thursday afternoon.
The suspected driver, Richard Rojas, was taken into custody in the incident, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said during a news conference. The 26-year-old Bronx man had two prior arrests for driving while intoxicated, in 2008 and 2015, and he was being tested for alcohol consumption on Thursday. Rojas is a U.S. citizen who previously served in the Navy, authorities said.
There’s no indication the crash was related to terrorism, de Blasio said; however, the White House and FBI were made aware of the incident.
De Blasio would say that.
Hell, they all say that.
He could have been screaming “Allah Akbar” and they would still say that.
Of those who were hit, an 18-year-old woman was killed and her 13-year-old sister injured. Four of the 22 injuries were considered critical, officials said, though all were expected to survive. Three other people were in serious condition.
Witnesses described a chaotic scene as the car careened the wrong way down three blocks, mowing down pedestrians.
“He was driving very fast,” said Karma Namgyal, 49, a street vendor. “He was going the wrong way up the street and drove onto the sidewalk. He started hitting people. They were flying in the air. He plowed through them. The people he hit were face down. Everyone else started screaming. It was all fast. ”
Several witnesses told Fox News after the driver crashed, he attempted to escape; however, he was ultimately pinned to the ground by five people who held him at the scene until police arrived.

I’ve never heard of something like this resulting from having too much to drink.

Can you imagine being a liberal, and every time you hear about something like this thinking “PLEASE BE A WHITE GUY PLEASE BE A WHITE GUY PLEASE BE A WHITE GUY”?
And having that never be the case?
Here’s what I’m wondering: were they relieved when it turned out to be a Mexican instead of a haji?
Who Knows?
I’d say there’s a 50-50 chance will hear that like the Puerto Rican airport shooter a few months back, this is a spic convert to Islam.
That guy had been in the military as well.
If not, I’d suppose it’s just genuine mental illness of some kind.
Nevertheless, mentally ill white people don’t do this. And these people we are bringing in – the brown people – have much higher rates of mental illness, generally, than we do.
The Real Tragedy
The real tragedy here is that the Mexican in the Minor Threat shirt didn’t die in this event.
