Attorney Don Advo comments on the Supreme Court’s recent decision to not review the lower court finding that a Morgan Hill, CA school could require that students’ clothing not display an American flag during the Mexican Cinco de Mayo holiday.
Don Advo also gives an example from his own practice of the post-Brown decision War Against White Children, as carried on by one anti-white Hispanic school administrator, and says that during his defense of a White wrongly charged with a racial crime he noted the timidity with which the other lawyers pressed the defense of the other innocent Whites charged in that crime.
