Don points out that at the time, all airline staff were instructed to obey any hijackers as all hijackers had done before was change the destination of the plane.
It was never thought that anyone would be so mad as to want to kill themselves as well as all the passengers.
So hijacking a plane with box-cutters is not so improbable as some would have us believe.
A caller disagrees with Jay and puts his case across for why it could not have been planes that hit the buildings.
His theory is that the planes would have crumpled and not the buildings.
