This study provides another piece of the Trumpshner puzzle.
Eating fast food can cause irreversible dementia, a study warns.
The research found the average person is eating an extra 650 calories a day compared to 1970s, which is the equivalent of a burger, soft drink and fries.
Australian National University’s professor Nicolas Cherbuin and his team found strong evidence linking unhealthy eating habits and little-to-no physical activity to a decline in brain function, such as dementia and brain shrinkage.
‘People are eating away at their brain with a really bad fast-food diet and little-to-no exercise,’ says professor Cherbuin.
‘Many people who have dementia and other signs of cognitive dysfunction, including shrinking brains, have increased their risk throughout life by eating too much bad food and not exercising enough,’ he said.
Professor Cherbuin explained the best chance of preventing brain problems in the future, such as dementia and brain shrinkage, is to eat well and keep active from a young age.
He said: ‘The damage done is pretty much irreversible once a person reaches midlife, so we urge everyone to eat healthy and get in shape as early as possible — preferably in childhood but certainly by early adulthood.
Professor Cherbuin said their research not only links type 2 diabetes and the rapid deterioration of brain function, but also shows a clear association between brain deterioration and unhealthy lifestyle choices.
Trump is doing pretty much everything Professor Cherbuin says increases the likelihood of irreversible dementia.
Daily Express, December 11, 2017:
As a billionaire with a personal chef at his disposal you’d expect Trump to be more discerning when it comes to mealtimes. Yet his penchant for devouring copious amounts of junk food is well documented.
During the presidential campaign last year he tweeted a photograph of himself tucking into a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken on board his personal Boeing 757 jet. Another showed him indulging in a McDonald’s burger to celebrate winning the Republican presidential nomination and he was pictured wolfing down a gargantuan pork chop on the campaign trail in Iowa.
In 2015 his daughter Ivanka voiced concern over her father’s diet, saying: “I wish he would eat healthier and maybe slow down. Sometimes I tell him, ‘Oh, you have to, you know, slow down.’ But it’s the only speed he knows.”
…
“If true this is a terrible diet,” Dr Harcombe says. “Twelve cans of Diet Coke contain far more than an adult’s daily recommended dose of caffeine. Consuming too much of it induces energy highs followed by crashing lows and potentially manic behaviour, which could explain his enraged tweets.

Fitness appears to have no place in Trump’s administration. In a forthcoming memoir by former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and aide David Bossie they reveal his appetite “seems to know no bounds when it comes to McDonald’s, with dinner consisting of two Big Macs, two Filet-O-Fish and a chocolate malt”.
That’s a staggering 2,400 calories in one meal. The NHS recommends that men consume no more than 2,500 calories per day. Lewandowski and Bossie also say: “On Trump Force One there were four major food groups, McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke.” Leading nutritionist May Simpkin believes it is Trump’s obsession with the fizzy drink that underpins all his poor dietary choices.
One can contains 42mg of caffeine, meaning Trump drinks a staggering 504mgs of caffeine a day, 104mgs more than the recommended intake for adults. “There’s a lot of evidence to suggest that the brain reacts in exactly the same way when it registers sweetness as it does when sugar has been consumed,” Simpkin explains.
It all makes a little more sense now.
Donald Trump has developed a tolerance for fast food and needs to continually increase his dosage to experience the same feel-good effect from eating it.
The serpent whispers “eat a burger.”
This is another reason why you should get your diet in order.
Don’t become Trump.
It’s not just about your brain.
After decades of research showing the impossibly close link between obesity and heart problems, a Swedish study has finally proven what we’ve long suspected: Excess weight does cause heart disease.
Obesity alone – without other risk factors like high cholesterol, inactivity and diabetes – raises a person’s risks of heart disease by nearly a third, previous research has shown.
At last, the Karolinska Institute researchers used a method called Mendelian randomization prove that high BMI is a direct cause of heart disease.
And that meas that a third of the world’s population – the proportion of humans that are now overweight or obese – could be on a path toward the number one cause of death without lifestyle changes and medical interventions.
The first study of its kind was based on hundreds of thousands of Britons and a revolutionary statistical technique called Mendelian randomization.
This enabled the Swedish team to use genetic variants as a tool to show the causal relationship between cardiovascular disease and BMI (body mass index).
In particular, they discovered as BMI and fat mass increased so did the risk of many more than half a dozen conditions – especially aortic stenosis.
This where the valve controlling the flow of blood from the heart to the body’s largest blood vessel, the aorta, narrows and fails to open fully.
If left untreated it can lead to serious problems – and even death.

The ‘fat but fit’ theory suggests a bulging waistline is not harmful as long as other metabolic factors like blood pressure and glucose are within recommended levels.
But evidence is growing that this is wrong – an may be sending out the wrong message to millions of people.
Using data from 367,703 men and women aged 40 to 69 they identified 96 gene mutations linked to BMI and body fat mass to estimate their effect on 14 cardiovascular diseases.
The participants were from the UK Biobank, which holds biomedical information on half a million people. They were all of white British descent and aged 40 to 69.
Those with variants predicting higher BMI were at increased risk of aortic valve stenosis – as well as a host of other life threatening conditions.
…
The study, published in the European Heart Journal, also found cardiovascular disease risk rose in tandem with mutations predicting increases in fat mass.
Again, the connection with aortic stenosis was most pronounced – with a risk increase of 46 percent.
Science is fat-shaming.
You have to get off the goyfeed and start eating real foods, foods that people from 200 years ago would have identified as food. These fast food products are addictive, they rewire your brain, they mess with your palate and stop you from enjoying the flavors of natural foods, and they accumulate fat under your skin to remind everyone of your weakness.
Not human.
Burn your fat. Get trim. Get strong. Get healthier.
Don’t let the Jews take your mind.
Don’t let the Jews take your heart.
