Teen Arrested for Fatal Shooting of White Man During Robbery

Scott Kakaris was shot and killed by Blacks as he was out walking with a friend.

A second suspect was arrested Monday in the fatal shooting of a man in East Price Hill.

On May 14, officers responded to the 500 block of Elberon Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Upon arrival, police located Scott Kakaris, 27, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Kakaris was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.

Michael O’Neal has already been charged with the murder and now a second 17-year-old suspect has been arrested too.

Cincinnati Police say a 17-year-old was arrested on Monday. He was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and a violation of a court order.

Michael O’Neal, 21, was previously arrested by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit on May 23 and charged with murder.
