The victim survived – and immediately forgave the nog.

I’ve got a question for you, Brian: when have niggers ever “found the way”?

WKRN:

Metro police arrested a teen wanted for shooting an Uber driver at a Nashville gas station last week.

David Mays, 16, was wanted for allegedly shooting the rideshare driver at the Exxon station on Shelby Avenue on March 13.

Metro’s Juvenile Crime Task Force found him at Cedars at Elm Hill Apartments Wednesday night.

He tried to avoid police by hiding in an apartment, according to Metro police, but surrendered after officers surrounded the building.

Mays is confined to Nashville’s secure juvenile detention facility following his arrest.

He is accused of shooting the man as he was pumping gas while attempting to carjack him.

The robbery attempt went bad and police said Mays shot Brian Redden, 38, in the lower torso.

Redden, who was seriously injured, told News 2 he is grateful his life was spared and forgives Mays.

I have no anger for what happened,” Redden said. “I pray that he finds his way.”
