Sven Longshanks joins Matthew Heimbach for Tuesday’s edition of The Daily Traditionalist and the topic for discussion today is the Alternative for Germany party and its recent crushing victory over the Christian Democrats, the Party of Angela Merkel.
Merkel’s CDU were pushed into third place after the AfD took a strong second. Many in the German media viewed the local elections as being a referendum on Angela Merkel’s refugee and immigration policy, especially considering this is the the region where she is from.
In the past three years the AfD has grown very quickly to give voice to the German people, alongside the already established NPD which has been fighting for Germany since the 1960’s, this shows that most Germans want a nation, a culture and an identity for their people.
This election shows the rise in nationalist sentiments in Germany, proof that after seventy years of propaganda and endless attacks by the media, the truth of nationalism can always shine through, even through a new party because nationalism is normal, natural and organic.
Matt and Sven then discuss nationalism around the world in China and the Philippines, as Rodrigo Duterte is once again in the headlines for calling President Obama a “son of a whore” and telling him to stop trying to meddle in Filipino politics. Obama has attacked Duterte for his crackdown on government corruption, crime and the drug trade.
Under the banner of “human rights” the United Nations and the West has attacked President Duterte for fighting to clean up his nation and make it a safe place for families and the next generation. Denouncing this attempt by the globalists at neo-colonialism, Duterte said his only boss is not oligarchs or international tribunals, but the Filipino people. Sven and Matt talk about how this is solid leadership and it shows that nationalism is growing all around the world.
The show comes to an end with a discussion of the future of nationalism in Europe and how we must use a combination of pragmatic policies, radical street actions and always strive to stay true to our values and convictions. The globalist nightmare is coming to an end, and nationalists around the world are battling to make a brighter, freer and more prosperous world for all peoples.
