2020 Democrat presidential candidate Julian – pronounced “Hoolian” – Castro announced his immigration platform on CNN on Wednesday, and it was, to the surprise of no one, “mass unlimited infinity brown people forever.”
The funny part is when he attacked Trump.
He said that there is no crisis at the border, that it’s just made-up.
Then he claimed that Trump is treating immigrants “like animals.”
And I’m like “yeah, like cattle – he’s herding them right in!”
I think you need to understand that Hoolian is literally the Mexican Joker.
No one is going to vote for this guy. Most people don’t know he’s running or even know who he is.
But he’s a good example of the narrative dynamic we’ve got going on here.
Basically, Trump has completely, 100% cracked on immigration. The border is being overwhelmed, we are going to end the year with 1.5 million new illegals, at least. None of them are being deported or even arrested. It’s all the way back to “catch and release,” which just means you fill out a form and (maybe) get an ankle monitor.
It’s a complete free-for-all. Much more so than it ever was under Obama.
But these Democrats are still fighting against campaign Trump, so they go out there and just lie about how Trump is treating immigrants. And this plays into his own rhetoric about how he is doing something, even while he is doing nothing at all.
So you basically have this surreal situation where Democrats are now out there shilling for Donald Trump, and vice versa – and neither party can be doing anything different than what they are doing.
Trump has to go out there and claim he is doing something about the border, and the Democrats have to go out there and claim Trump is doing something about the border.
So basically, this entire issue is just negating itself through this process of lies.
