The SPLC has an Interesting Way of Defining Hate Crimes

I am personally of the old fashioned belief that what is going through a person’s head when they commit a crime is not of particular relevance, and that an act should be judged legally on physical rather than ideological grounds.  However, even if you do believe that a criminal act should be punished based on the ideology behind it, it is clear that modern “hate crime” legislation is not intended to address actual race hate, but instead promote a social justice agenda for racial minorities and sexual deviants.

The only people who get charged under this legislation are heterosexual Whites.  And yet the vast majority of crimes committed out of racial hatred are committed against Whites by Blacks and other minorities.
