There is evidence that it was invented by the very first humans that existed in Africa.

Pretty much everyone. Egyptians used it, Persians had it, Romans had it, Chinese had it. Arabs started a very large-scale slave trade, that involved the slavery of millions of Europeans besides Africans and Indians. African kingdoms became prosperous by selling their racial brothers into slavery to Arab and European Imperialists.

No one, what we call “human rights” are an entirely western construct.

Pretty much everyone, Mongols, Arabs, Europeans, Indians, Turks, Hindus, the Japanese, etc, etc.
