And a deli and butcher shop with organic meats run by an old Italian guy who always says “eyyyyyyyyy” and uses profuse amount of profanity.

And a bar you can smoke in where the waitresses are all 19-year-old Russian girls in SS fetish outfits.

All of our dreams will come true and anime will be real.

We will stroll down to Times Square and it will be everything you always wanted it to be.
